I started this firm to fill a void in the Dayton/Cincinnati legal market. The good business lawyers were centralized at the large law firms, and their hourly rates were unaffordable for most small businesses. I wanted to build a law firm where business owners could get high quality legal representation at rates they could afford. Then I set out on a mission to add lawyers to the firm that could service my clients\' non-business needs related to estate planning, probate, personal injury, criminal, and others.
