As a retired Deputy Sheriff, I bring firsthand experience from a decade in law enforcement, including surviving a critical incident — an officer-involved shooting — that ultimately led to my medical retirement two years later.Today, I speak and train through LETAC (Law Enforcement Training Academy & Consulting), sharing insight on topics such as PTSD, critical incident recovery, and shooting debriefs. My goal is to help fellow officers process trauma, build resilience, and support one another through the often-unspoken challenges of the job.Through lived experience and honest storytelling, I work to foster connection, healing, and growth within the law enforcement community.
