You\'re spending thousands a month on development and you still can\'t step away from the product. You\'re the project manager, the QA team, and the translator between what you want and what actually gets built. I\'ve been on both sides of this. I\'ve built products, sold a company at 23, failed a startup, worked as a senior+ engineer inside companies like Laurel.ai, Kandji and ActiveCampaign, and spent years as the outside partner founders call when the dev situation isn\'t working. What I do now is simple. I become the technical co-founder you don\'t have. I learn your product deeply, ship the thing that matters most, and build the system so the next thing ships faster. One engineer. No agency. No rotating cast of freelancers. No one you have to manage. I evaluate what\'s already there. If your current developers are good, I make them better. If they\'re not, I help you make the change. I test like a real user, not just whether the code runs. I write specs before I write code, which is why things ship correctly the first time instead of three sprints later. The products I\'ve worked on have generated over $10MM in client revenue. One was acquired within three years of the MVP I built. Another went from a graveyard of offshore code to a product the founder now runs full time while I handle the technical side. That founder went on vacation last month without his laptop for the first time in years. He told me he\'d like to work with me for the rest of the time he owns the product.
