As a Registered Representative in the Life Contact Center, I serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their complex inquiries and concerns while providing superior customer service.Key responsibilities include:Handling approximately 40-60 customer interactions daily, answering questions, and providing information regarding their life insurance needs through multiple applications and platforms while maintaining customer confidentiality and complying with privacy regulations.Conducting research to respond to customer inquiries and documenting customer interactions in appropriate systems.
