Effectively partnered with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams to identify emerging business opportunities by analyzing market trends for climate technology solutions and articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences within multiple product lines- As the technical project lead for the Next Generation Defect Sizing Project at Process and Pipeline Services, my team and I utilized Deep Learning techniques to enhance the sizing analysis of Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) in Inline Inspection. This involves translating signals into images that can be processed by computer vision models. Our ultimate objective is to streamline the manual analysis process and generate a comprehensive defect profile, which has potential annual savings of USD 2.8 million- Creation of a real-time machine learning model to monitor the Additive Manufacturing process and detect any anomalies or defects as they occur, allowing for quick intervention and corrective action. This helps reduce waste, improve product quality, and ultimately save time and money for the company.
