I help clients understand the ins and outs of the mortgage industry and more importantly the ever changing guidelines and how/if their unique situation fits into lender’s “qualifying window.” I keep my finger on the pulse of markets to insure that my clients are happy with the rate and costs provided. I use a number of different rate advisory techniques as well as ongoing research to stay in tune with patterns and perceived market influences. I am a member of a BNI Chapter Called BNI on the border here in CT. My position there is Mentor Coordinator. I enjoy educating other professionals and visitors. I am constantly networking and working hard at building my resources. I make sure that not only I but my whole company stays educated about all changes within the industry. I also insure that all education requirements are met for all employees yearly. I have passed national and state tests for licensing NMLS # 135966 I am federally licensed as well as state licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Florida. I was just awarded 2016 Five Star Mortgage Professional. My vast experience will allow me to prepare and guide you or your associates through what can to many seem to be a daunting task.
