Provide leadership, general supervision, and overall guidance to NinjaCat’s Learning Specialists, Enablement Specialists and Instructional Media Producers. Work closely with individual contributors in the Learning and Enablement teams to continually improve NinjaCat’s onboarding processes and experience as well as work with our Instructional Media Producers to ensure NinjaCat’s customers, as well as customer-facing teams have reliable, digestible documentation regarding system features, functionality, and troubleshooting best practices. As a leader of NinjaCat’s team of system experts it is expected that you also are highly regarded system expert yourself who understands how NinjaCat customers use the system and why. The Manager of Learning & Enablement bears the ultimate responsibility for assuring that all training and supporting instructional material is highly effective. This role is a member of the Customer Success Team and reports to the Vice President, Client Success.
