   In my current role, I establish and oversee the operational framework to monitor all instant payment activity for U.S. Bank. I develop and implement tools and alerting mechanisms that enable real-time monitoring of payment activity, ensuring both security and operational efficiency. Driven by data and trends within the instant payments channels of RTP and FedNow, I analyze patterns to proactively address risks and optimize performance. My team supports a wide variety of customers and use cases, adapting our approach to meet the evolving needs of the instant payments landscape.I establish and scale operational frameworks for multiple Stablecoin initiatives, enabling secure integration with banking cores and payment networks. I build resiliency frameworks and escalation playbooks for Instant Payments, expediting access and integration with bank cores and payment networks. I partner closely with Risk, Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to ensure our operational strategies align with regulatory requirements and business continuity goals.I represent U.S. Bank in national industry forums such as TCH, NACHA, and the Faster Payments Council, influencing standards and best practices for fraud prevention and compliance. Additionally, I continue to evolve my organization\'s Artificial Intelligence initiatives to create efficiencies in monitoring/alerting and also creating Agentic AI opportunities.
