   Dustin Furman is a founding partner of the firm and has tried hundreds of cases, recovering tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Dustin’s journey to becoming a trial attorney started back in high school, where he worked for a premier medical malpractice firm. Dustin then graduated college early and started law school at just 20 years old. As a result, Dustin was the youngest graduate in his class at 23 years old.Days after being sworn to the bar Dustin was in the Courtroom trying multiple headline medical malpractice cases. Dustin has worked on a wide variety of cases, including some of the largest verdicts in Maryland’s history of $55 million and $21 million respectively.Most recently, Dustin has won multiple jury trials totaling over $1 million in two back-to-back verdicts. Each time a corporate defendant tried to take him on in Court and paid dearly for their mistake in doing so. Dustin’s willingness to try these types of cases has earned him a reputation as a fearless trial attorney.Dustin has taken on many large hospitals and corporations with tremendous success for his clients. As a result, Dustin was named “Top 40 under 40” in Maryland by The National Trial Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, “Ones to Watch,” and Super Lawyers Rising Star.
