ABOUT DUSTIN F. FRANK

I have been fortunate in my career to have had numerous growth opportunities that have satisfied my need and desire of continued learning and of being challenged. As a teenager starting college and not really knowing what an Engineer did, I could have never foreseen where my career was going to take me. I’ve been blessed to have worked aside many diverse and talented individuals that, each in their own way, has taught me something. My last 23 years has included leading and supporting numerous new product development projects, managing multiple international plant startups, being deeply involved in 3 business startups, and lastly an operations turnaround. I never know what tomorrow is going to bring, but I strive for continuous improvement and adding value. My goal is to continue learning and to use my experience and education to develop and support new products and entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial business opportunities. I am driven to foster innovation and to develop business and manufacturing strategies that result in exceeding customer expectations while maximizing value throughout the value chain and maximizing the triple bottom line through efficient use of resources (human, capital, and environmental).I want to leave my mark in the world. Ultimate success to me is knowing that I have positively impacted people and communities around the world through my accomplishments.
