ABOUT DUSTIN EVERETT

I work as an independent consultant across sports construction and athletic facility development, helping organizations plan, build, renovate, and optimize athletic environments — both indoors and outdoors. My work spans the full project lifecycle, including product and material sourcing, installer coordination, cost and scope review, and overall project strategy. The focus is simple: helping teams make informed decisions early, before they become expensive ones later.I’ve operated on multiple sides of the sports ecosystem — from owning and renovating my own self-funded sports performance facility to consulting on projects across collegiate, K–12, municipal, and private markets. That perspective allows me to bridge design intent, construction realities, and long-term operational performance. My background includes turf systems, flooring, weight rooms, and interior and exterior athletic spaces. I regularly collaborate with athletic directors, architects, engineers, contractors, contractors, manufacturers, and operators to keep projects aligned and moving efficiently from concept through completion.I also serve on the Overland Park Sports Tourism Advisory Council, contributing facility, operations, and development insight to municipal-level sports planning, funding, and long-term community initiatives.
