Delivered budget vs. actual and variance insights (rate/volume/mix) to PMs; reduced unfunded exposure ranging from 10%- 50% via proactive quote issuance- Dashboarding & reporting: Designed an Excel dashboard (pivot tables/charts, exception flags) used across teams to surface aged items and unblock revenue; reduced historical year-long holds to ≤1 month for ~91% of cases (remaining outliers ≤3 months)- SOP & process design: Authored IT Billing Storage Termination Process SOP and Visio workflow; established escalation and documentation standards, cutting cycle time ~83%(6 months → ~1 month) and driving $5K–$100K estimated savings per affected invoice- Change management / product implementation: Partnered with Systems Engineering (AVISO), Finance, IT, and Agile PM teams to replace legacy web apps with a new org-wide storage tracking/billing tool; gathered requirements, mapped as-is/to-be processes, supported UAT, and enabled rollout- Stakeholder management: Lead monthly working sessions with the Research Administration Director (OSR) to resolve funding issues; coordinate Sponsored Research actions to accelerate invoice release- Risk & controls: Monitor unfunded/untagged usage; run weekly outreach cadence; open and track ServiceNow tickets for storage/VM termination; maintain audit trail of client communications and decisions- Tools: SAP, Excel (PivotTable/Chart), Visio, ServiceNow, Jira; proficient in data validation, variance checks, and invoice-level billing analysis.
