The ebb and flow of commercial real estate and how it requires frequent adjustment of investment strategy has always intrigued me. I have been fortunate to work with some of the most sophisticated institutional real estate funds throughout the life cycle of their investments, including core, distressed, opportunistic, and value add investments and developments. Whether my clients are pursuing acquisitions and dispositions of single assets or large national portfolios, ground-up developments or large scale re-developments, commercial leases, joint ventures or complex loan facilities, my focus is to help them close the deal while minimizing their exposure to liability.
