About Dustin Reid

Former Navy Officer and graduate of the Full-Time Broad MBA Program at Michigan State University. I joined GE Aerospace through our Military Office Leadership Program in 2019, and I rolled off the program into Human Resources in a Talent Acquisition role in 2021. Today I\'m the Senior HR Business Partner for our Materials Management Organization within our Supply Chain Division. I\'ve been with this team for nearly 3 years and love providing coaching and guidance on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. I enjoy the challenge of aligning our people practices with our organization\'s business strategy.
