As Vice President of Brokerage, Dustin is responsible for executing property sales and leasing, as well as business development at GM Properties. He specializes in multi-tenant industrial complexes and has brokered at least transactions over the course of his career. In addition to industrial warehouses, Dustin also works on retail, office and land development deals. He has collaborated with national and regional tenants such as Starbucks, Chase, O’Reilly’s, and Pieology.Dustin joined GM Properties in 2007 as a licensed Broker and has since become one of the top-producing agents at the firm, and winner of the “Broker of the Year” award several times. Dustin believes that focusing on each client\'s unique needs and being flexible in how he provides his services and expertise has helped him to develop a unique knowledge about the market and executing complex transactions.
