Lead the Firm’s human resources department (payroll, health & safety, recruitment, employee relations, policy development & adherence)• Act as an advisor and coach to the senior leadership team and operational leaders on complex HR matters• Collaborate with the corporate finance team to develop annual financial budgets, effectively managing the needs of multiple stakeholders, including P&L ownership of the Firm’s administrative and operational departments• Act as a liaison between the Firm, internal stakeholders, and our group insurance provider; navigating complex matters such as disability management, return to work, and accommodation• Act as a first point of contact on matters regarding policies, procedures, and corporate values• Collaborate with the Firm’s training and development staff to support long-term growth and strategic goals• Lead the Firm’s talent management strategy including annual performance appraisals, merit reviews, and goal setting• Lead the Firm’s full-cycle recruitment and selection process• Additional special projects and ad hoc requests, as required, to support the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Board
