ABOUT DUSTIN TOBERMAN

Hello, I\'m Dustin!Growing up in an ag family, I had a passion for the business from a young age and began working in my family\'s grain elevators as a teenager. After graduating from McKendree University in 1997 with a B.A. In Communications.I began my career as a deck hand on the Mississippi River near St. Louis, and was quickly promoted to Grain Merchandiser in Dubuque, IA and Facility Manager in Harpster, OH. My success continued to follow and after five years of promotions I joined Bunge at their headquarters as District Manager. Here, I managed procurement and sales of their central region and played an important role in multiple mergers and acquisitions. Over the years, I have been fortunate to mentor and coach many trainees and interns into positions both inside and outside the organization. In 2021, I launched my own consulting firm, Omni Ag Consulting with the goal of connecting people with resources to level up their existing business or continue pursuing a career within agribusiness; something that has been close to my heart since day one. Additionally, I have spoken at universities across the U.S. and am passionate about advocating for those within this industry - ensuring that the future of the Ag business remains strong for both those seeking talent, and those who wish to pursue it as a career.
