As a dedicated and results-oriented Program Director, I bring a unique blend of strategic leadership, business development, and passion for sports and community engagement. Currently spearheading programs at Polo Tennis and Fitness Club, I\'ve successfully led all aspects of pickleball operations, driving a in gross revenue) increase in participation and revenue through strategic planning, program development, and community engagement.My professional journey also includes a prior role as Director of Risk and Compliance and Risk Compliance Manager at ResProp Management where I not only managed comprehensive risk management and compliance programs but also facilitated insurance claims handling, enhanced renter\'s insurance liability programs, and played a crucial role in negotiations and settlements as well as serving as the sole point of contact under a supervising attorney with ongoing litigation. Additionally, my experience as a Compliance Specialist at Southwest Housing Compliance Corporation involved conducting site visits, performing crime analyses, conducting file audits, and application of nuanced regulatory guidelines within affordable housing.My background includes sports administration and coaching, having served as a baseball coach at Momentum Baseball Academy prior to my current role as Program Director and Coach for Plum Creek Pickleball Club. There, I coached and mentored over fifty amateur players annually, emphasizing mental, emotional, and physical skill development to succeed in sport and life. It’s my pleasure to currently coach pickleball in Plum Creek and assist in the development of players across all ages and skill levels.In the tech-driven space, I\'ve excelled in roles such as Data Quality Project Lead and TRACS Data Analyst, showcasing my proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance to effectively measure and improve performance. My diverse experiences have honed my skills in strategic communications, team leadership, marketing, and negotiation and I\'m enthusiastic about helping businesses grow exponentially yet sustainably.
