As the Plant Manager at Clearway Energy Group, I oversee the operations and maintenance of Taloga Wind, a 130 MW wind farm in Oklahoma. I have more than 14 years of experience in the wind energy industry, with a strong background in wind turbine technology, major component replacement, and safety management. I hold an A.O.S. in Wind Energy and multiple certifications in CPR, AED, First Aid, Fall Protection, and Hytorc.My mission is to bring people together to achieve operational excellence and readiness, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. I have successfully led teams of up to 25 technicians on multiple projects, delivering results on time and within budget. I am passionate about renewable energy and its potential to create a cleaner and more sustainable future. I wake up every day with a strong desire to work hard and learn new things.
