ABOUT DUSTIN SHAHAN

I started working at Waikem Honda on March 12, 2007, as a detail specialist. I was moved to detail Manger two months after I was hired. I was in the detail department till August 2012. I did every part of detailing, checking New inventory in, prioritize what’s important and dealing with suppliers. September 2012 I was offered advancement opportunities into Sales at Waikem Honda. I learned very quickly what it took to be a self-effect Sales associate. I made calls, sent thank you cards, went in early, stayed late, came in on my day off, went to all training that was available and used social media as a tool. August 2017 I was offered advancement opportunity with Waikem Honda to become Assistant Sales Manager till January 2018. I was promoted to Sales Manager at our Honda location. March 1st, 2019, I was offered an opportunity at our Subaru store to become the used car Manager. September 1st, 2020, I was promoted to run the Subaru show room. The General Sales Manager. I’m proud to say I worked for Waikem Auto Family. When Waikem Sold to Deihl Oct 2022. I stayed to run Diehl Subaru of Massillon as the General Sales Manager. I’m thankful for our customers, My family and Friends who supported me.
