As the EMEA Onboarding Coordinator, I own the end-to-end onboarding journey for all commercial new hires across the region. My mission is to shorten the Ramp-Up Time for our Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring every new joiner has the strategy, tools, and confidence to deliver value from Day 1.Key Responsibilities & Impact- Program Strategy & Planning: Designing and managing the regional onboarding roadmap for commercial roles to ensure a consistent experience across different markets- Content & Material Creation: Developing and maintaining high-quality enablement materials, training modules, and playbooks that align with our EMEA commercial strategy- Execution & Delivery: Facilitating onboarding sessions and coordinating stakeholders to ensure all logistical and educational milestones are met for every new cohort- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with regional leadership and the wider Enablement team to continuously optimize the curriculum.
