Completed certification to conduct these operations in less than one month, where normal training would take six-seven months.• With direct oversight of an entire carrier strike group, led all planning for a multi-week exercise. Two days prior to start, timeline was shortened to one week due to unforeseen circumstances. Led the team to successful completion with superior grades in three days.
