More than 100 new critical vulnerabilities were identified; developed plans for mitigation within two years.• Led four officers, two chiefs, and 95 enlisted personnel with no prior experience through an emergency deployment in support of NATO operations. Completed certification to conduct these operations in less than one month, where normal training would take six-seven months.• With direct oversight of an entire carrier strike group, led all planning for a multi-week exercise. Two days prior to start, timeline was shortened to one week due to unforeseen circumstances. Led the team to successful completion with superior grades in three days.
