Dustin joined the Stiles team in 2015 with more than a decade of experience in institutional leasing and corporate services with a focus on the Palm Beach County office market. During his 12 year career as a broker Dustin has completed 250 sale and lease transactions valued at $300 million in total consideration. Previously, he worked for the Penn-Florida Companies as a Director of Corporate Real Estate where he was responsible for marketing and leasing an office and industrial portfolio of one million SF. Before Penn-Florida, Dustin spent 8 years at C.B. Richard Ellis brokering deals for Prudential’s PRISA Fund, Reagan Wireless, Waste Management, Public Storage, Cintas Corp, CEVA Logistics, and Panattoni Development. Dustin studied undergrad at the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Warrington College of Business and is currently a Master’s candidate at Nova Southeastern’s Real Estate Development program in the Huizenga School of Business.
