About Dustin Lutsi
Hi! I’m a Java/Scala engineer with experience in AWS-based application development.I started out with a focus in backend development, primarily working with Spring Boot 3, Java 17, Spring JPA, Flyway, JDBC, PostgreSQL, Docker, and more! I love being part of the Amigoscode community, and Nelson and everyone else have always been so amazing to listen to and learn from!Alongside my traditional webdev/SWE training, I’ve recently been learning systems-engineering via Quake codebase. My applied physics background derives from the fact that I find photonics absolutely amazing, and I’m hoping to do my masters in some application of photonics. Mathematically, my work typically revolves around differential geometry & cohomology.
