This group reports directly to the COO.* Lead technical meetings with our customer\'s Engineering, Quality and Sales representatives to provide support for new and existing products * Regularly communicate with domestic and international customer contacts, effectively understanding cultural differences to strengthen business relationships * Lead cross-functional teams consisting of Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement of OE product while representing the Voice of the customer * Procure and maintain regulatory documents such as Part History Sheets, IMDS datasheets and Customer battery drawings per Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA) PPAP requirements * Company Picnic Committee Member, 2016-present * United Way Committee Member, 2020-present * I assist with campaign activities throughout the year. Our campaign has raised over $800k annually for United Way of Berks County!
