Act as a learning and talent development strategic advisor with internal stakeholders to create and implement all learning and development programs. • Implement the talent development vision and strategy, including assessing development gaps, selecting, coaching and mentoring, and developing personal growth opportunities for team members across the organization. • Identify talent development and training needs of the organization by partnering with internal stakeholders and external business partners. • Oversees the implementation of team member engagement activites including engagement surveys, and onboarding and exit surveys designed to ensure a vibrant workplace culture. • Project future talent development training needs and develops plans and programs in anticipation of organizational growth based on analysis. • Determine potential training challenges and, through analysis and logical reasoning, implements solutions by considering costs, benefits and outcomes. • Evaluate data to identify insights into the effectiveness of training in relation to business goals and adapts as needed. • Measure training plans and programs for effectiveness and return on investment and adjust or remedy gaps by applying appropriate resources. • Support the building of structures, policies, and workflows to ensure that onboarding, role transitions and off-boarding are done in a highly professional and hospitable manner. • Ensure compliance training are aligned and completed in accordance with federal, state, local and organizational guidelines. • Oversee and Manage Learning Management System. • Oversee Performance Management by designing, implementing, and directing the performance management process for SDZWA • Drive Succession Planning by developing, implementing, and revising criteria as needed. • Oversees internship and internal career development programs, while routinely measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of programs to key internal and external stakeholders.
