My guiding principle is simple: serve others first, and success will follow.In my role, I oversee all aspects of the Bottleless Cooler division, including strategic planning, sales development, team leadership, and brand expansion. I direct growth across multiple markets, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to Culligan’s high service standards. I lead and mentor a high-performing team while implementing forward-thinking strategies for market expansion, customer retention, and new business development.I also oversee product training and customer experience initiatives to ensure premium quality and consistency across every branch.
