As the SVP of Americas Sales, I oversee our Western Hemisphere Inside and Outside sales teams, focusing on steel rope sales across the LATAM, Energy, Mining, and Lifting industry segments. My role includes:Leadership & Management: I lead a diverse team with direct oversight of Industry Directors responsible for our outside sales functions and a direct report overseeing our Inside Sales Team.Strategic Direction: I am responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our corporate goals. This includes setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing competitor intelligence to ensure we remain competitive in the market.Client Relations & Sales Operations: I manage high-value bids, purchase agreements, and oversee the resolution of any customer complaints. I work closely with key customers to maintain and grow relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Reporting & Analysis: Regular reporting on order rates and sales performance is a key part of my role, providing insights and updates to our CEO and executive leadership team.Mentorship & Development: I mentor and guide my direct reports, helping them to set their own team agendas, establish effective cadences, and build strong relationships with key customer accounts.My focus is on driving growth and achieving sales excellence in our target markets, while fostering a high-performance culture within the sales organization.
