My main objective is to ensure the success of our growing network of A Place At Home franchisees and lead our organization through constant change and growth. I work with our Director of Franchise Development to qualify interested parties who are looking to build and develop a senior-focused franchise. Our offering is a model that my partner, Jerod Evanich, and I have developed and proven through our own experience and we are excited to offer the opportunity to those who are looking for a career change or have worked with or are interested in the senior care industry. Our selection process includes- The commitment to the “We are CARE” (Compassion, Accountable, Respectful, and Ethical) philosophy to ensure the quality of services offered as well as compatibility with the A Place at Home mission- A “Discovery Day” whereby potential franchisees spend a day at the home office to understand and experience company operations- Location viability and penetration review to understand the competition of the geographic locale, labor market, senior market and all other key factors involved with site selection- Assistance with understanding various financing methods available. We have awarded 17 franchises since 2017 and I oversee our Director of Business Performance and Director of Marketing that works hand-in-hand with new franchisees to prepare them to establish their business.
