ABOUT DUSTIN CARRILLO

A health care leader with both financial and operational expertise. I currently work with a large multi-specialty department in an academic hospital. Since I have been here I have- Helped lead a physician practice into an integrated health system- Developed compensation structures for 16 divisions focused on sustaining the three missions of an academic medical center- Supported rapid growth of a multi-specialty practice- Developed and deployed new scheduling templates for the entire department- Project manager on moving and renovating all physician offices- Worked with leadership to transition half of my divisions onto an EMR system- Helped coordinate the move of our ambulatory practice to a new state of the art buildingI previously worked with a six physician practice where I had- Customized, deployed and trained all Plastic Surgery staff on new EMR system- Researched, customized, deployed and trained all Skin Care staff on new POS/Inventory/Scheduling software- Facilitated the IT infrastructure (wiring, computers, wireless system, security system, phone system and sound system) of our new building- Create and implement new marketing strategies (mainly internal and online)- Provide graphic designs- Provide hardware and software support for a medical practice- Create new solutions for health care/medical spa facilities utilizing the latest technologiesSpecialties- Physician Compensation- Ambulatory Operations- Professional Service Contracts- EHR (Practice Partner) system administrator- Scheduling, Inventory and Point of sale med spa program (Millennium Software)- Database Management
