Led the development and launch of the body structure of the Blue Arc Class 4 Commercial Vehicle. Responsible for the entire cab structure, cargo box, exterior panels and trim, including the wiper system and headlights. Worked through the design in CAD, responded to FEA and durability results with modifications to the design. Led a production release. Lived on the manufacturing line during production, actively problem solving and providing quick solutions as needed.
