I joined Bachus & Schanker as a trial attorney and became partner within a few years. Over time, I took on leadership of first part, then all, of the Pre-Litigation department, and now oversee both Pre-Litigation and Litigation.Today I manage a large team of attorneys, paralegals, and case managers, guiding strategy, mentoring staff, and driving results for our clients. I’ve tried numerous personal injury cases to verdict and continue to bring trial-focused perspective to our practice.Beyond casework, I built the firm’s Smart Advocate workplans and launched multiple technology initiatives that improved workflows, strengthened quality control, and enhanced client service. My focus is on delivering consistent, high-level advocacy for injured clients while leading and developing the next generation of trial lawyers.
