I am currently serving at Southern California Edison being a change agent via the NextGen team in the latest ERP effort to modernize our financial system. My responsibility is to lead in shoring up our reporting to ensure continuity and sustainability in future years.    In my role as an Advisor supporting the system transformation for Corporate Accounting, I lead strategic transformation initiatives across key Finance functions, with a focus on regulatory compliance, process governance, and advanced reporting. My areas of expertise include Labor Accounting, FERC mapping and translation, process governance using SAP Signavio, enterprise reporting with SAP Analytics Cloud, and AI integration to enhance automation and insight generation. I serve as a key liaison in the transformation of master data and cost flow structures, ensuring the organization’s needs for capturing costs are met to support effective reporting and cost management. I also lead efforts to convert GAAP accounting to the FERC Uniform System of Accounts and guide the modernization of regulatory accounting processes across departments. Additionally, I work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure SCE’s accounting capabilities continue to evolve and align with the future state of SAP (S/4HANA).
