Overall Site supervision and monitoring in construction. Establish the Quality Assurance of the material. Mandatory checking of the Laboratories established. Performing the mandatory field test to check the quality of the work assured by the contractor according to the contract document. Inspection of the Test Reports which were tested by the Outsource Laboratory. To test performance on the day of inspection and verification of the test records of the previous day. Propose Processes/procedures/updated reports/forms for the quality control and quality assurance. Including preparation of bill client billing.Preparation of Control Estimate & Budget & BOQ. Managing all cost analysis relating to the projects, from the initial stage to the final closure.Maintain measurement and certification system.Cross checking and forwarding Final bills along with deviation statements to the clients.Overall coordination with Client & contractor. Providing advice and guidance to the municipal Corporation / Council or the City / Urban Development department of the State for modern procedures and guidelines for project implementation and management in general. Establish a Quality assurance system including the verification of material and certifications as per the list of ISI marked /approved materials. Ensure that the site works progress as per the technical provisions given in the contract. Conduct regular site visits and physically verification of quality related matter and guide field engineer on the same. Submit timely report to the TL/ RE on his observations during the visit & ensure that the works progresses as per the required quality standards agreed. Whether the inspection registers /site order book & quality control test registers are maintained at the site properly & endorsed by the Engineer In Charge. To ensure that the testing facilities as earmarked in the contract are available at site.
