Serving as Creative Director for the 29th edition of Techfest, IIT Bombay, Asia\'s largest science and technology festival, leading the overall design vision from start to finish.Managing a team of designers to create strong visuals and interactive experiences across all of Techfest\'s media and platforms.Designed the UI/UX for the Techfest CA (College Ambassador) Program website from scratch, improving the user flow and making the experience more engaging and easy to navigate.Leading the redesign of the official Techfest website, focusing on smooth performance across devices and an experience that feels good to use.Handling all branding and visual identity across tech events, exhibitions, and campaigns, making sure the design stays consistent everywhere.Working closely with the Web, Marketing, and PR teams to make sure the design aligns with the overall goals and strategy.Creating end-to-end design assets for social media, merchandise, exhibitions, and international collaborations, maintaining quality throughout.
