Dr. Dushyant Dipakkumar Champaneri is a distinguished academician and researcher in the field of Vegetable Science, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Vegetable Science, ASPEE College of Horticulture, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari, Gujarat, India. He has previously worked as a Senior Research Fellow and Young Professional II at Navsari Agricultural University, further strengthening his expertise in horticultural research and development.He holds a Ph.D. in Horticulture (Vegetable Science) from ASPEE College of Horticulture, Navsari Agricultural University, where he was honored with the prestigious ASPEE Foundation Gold Plated Silver Medal. His M.Sc. in Horticulture (Vegetable Science) also earned him the same distinguished medal, reflecting his consistent academic excellence. Over the years, he has received numerous accolades, including the Young Scientist Award, Best Research Scholar Award, Best Ph.D. Thesis Award, and Best Oral and Poster Presentation Awards. In addition, he successfully qualified the ASRB NET (Vegetable Science) in 2021.Beyond academics, Dr. Champaneri has made significant scholarly contributions. He has delivered invited guest lectures, including one for an agriculture information platform and at the International Conference on Agriculture, Food Science, and Aquaculture (Thailand, July 2022). His expertise is also recognized through his service on editorial boards of reputed publication houses and as a reviewer for leading scientific journals.His research output is extensive, encompassing design patents, research papers, review papers, magazine articles (in English, Gujarati, and Hindi), a folder, books, book chapters, and a manual chapter. Many of these contributions have been published in esteemed national and international journals, cementing his reputation as a prolific researcher.Dr. Champaneri is actively engaged in professional networks as a member of several reputed societies, including the Association of Plant Science Researchers (APSR) – PLANTICA, Indian Society of Agriculture & Horticulture Research Development, The Gujarat Association for Agricultural Sciences, Indian Society for Horticultural Research & Development, and The Horticultural Society of Gujarat.
