Dushy has over 30 years of experience in the biopharma industry both in Operations and Engineering design of GxP manufacturing facilities. He is experienced in pilot and production scale operations and processes, facility and equipment design, bioprocess improvement and optimization, commissioning and qualification including FAT and SAT, equipment and facility start up, and process validation. His expertise covers a wide spectrum of areas including bacterial fermentation, upstream processing, downstream purification, aseptic operations, buffer and media preparation, washing and sterilizing operations including CIP and SIP, waste handling systems, material and final product handling and storage, biosafety and biocontainment, and single use systems.
