I am an experienced technical leader with over 16 years of experience in Windows kernel and user mode programming, filter drivers, file system mini filters, and system programming. Proficient debugging skills using WinDbg enable me to resolve complex customer issues in Windows user or kernel space. As a manager, I have experience in managing research projects and handling critical, urgent customer escalations/issues from both consumer and enterprise customers. I am also comfortable managing teams working in agile and rapid development environments, and I possess strong communication skills, which enables me to perform well on the job.I have managed small and large teams of technically proficient and experienced individuals, as well as multiple teams and projects simultaneously. My focus on motivating and driving teams towards a common goal has led to successful outcomes.I also have experience in architecting, designing, and developing cloud systems end-to-end in AWS.Additionally I am able to perform as an individual contributor in any phase of a project, from design and coding to unit testing and bug fixing.
