ABOUT DURRELL BOAHEN

Durrell is an inspirational leader in the financial industry with a formidable track record in customer service, operational excellence, and talent development—who embodies a proven track record throughout his career. He is skilled in sales management, financial services, business strategy, coaching and development, and finance. He also is a strong banking professional with a Master’s of Business Administration from Capella University. He’s a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and has served on his community board selflessly over the years—making an impact for his community. He recently is the new Black Professional Group Connecticut Chapter Chair—which as the leader will ensure diversity and inclusion, mentorship and development are top priorities. Durrell has exemplified what it means to be a solid leader with a —\"the buck stops with me\" mentality, who believes in leading by example. He\'s a strong advocate and believer in coaching, mentoring, and developing talents to ensure responsible growth throughout the enterprise.
