ABOUT DURHAM LANGILLE

I am an EIT and Mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Guelph Working at Kiewit in the Western Canada District. In my time as an estimator with Kiewit I\'ve estimated work in a variety of different sectors such as Marine, Transportation and Energy infrastructure projects. My efforts have assisted in numerous successful pursuits including the YVR North runway rehabilitation project. Currently I am a working as a field engineer on Kiewit’s Micron underground utilities pursuit, performing daily quality and quantity assessments, building weekly and monthly schedules for different scopes of work and facilitating work plans from management to the on site crews. With my current team, I am the appointed communication champion. It is my responsibility to plan team building events and be a positive point of contact. With this role I plan to create new initiatives for additional learning opportunities and foster a positive environment for the team as a whole.
