ABOUT DURGESH SAILPAR

As a Performance Test Manager with over 12 years of experience in performance testing and engineering, I have developed expertise in a range of tools and technologies, including LoadRunner, JMeter, APMs like NewRelic and Wily, database monitoring with Oracle Enterprise Manager Tool (OEM) and AWR reports analysis, and network performance tools like Wireshark, Spirent, and Accuver. Currently working with Tech Mahindra, Noida, I am responsible for end-to-end performance testing activities, from NFR gathering and analysis to WLM creation, performance script designing, performance runs executions, analysis of performance metrics, performance bottleneck analysis, and sharing final reports with stakeholders. I also have experience in performance testing of cloud-based applications, analyzing performance metrics on cloud services like Lambda, CloudWatch, X-RAY, and ECS, and deploying Docker images on the cloud. In addition to my technical expertise, I have experience in team management, having mentored a team of four performance engineers and provided technical and managerial guidance whenever required. I also have strong communication skills and am experienced in active communication and results discussions with development teams, technical architects, solution architects, and other stakeholders. My experience includes working on projects in domains like Telecom, Financial Investment and Retirement Solutions, Insurance, and more. I have received recognition for my work, including being awarded Star Performer in TCS in the financial year 2014-15 and Best Performer multiple times in DXC technology. I hold a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from N.C. College of Engineering, Israna, Panipat (Haryana), affiliated to KUK, and have achieved academic excellence throughout my educational journey, with 78.60% in B.Tech, 90.40% in 12th, and 86.20% in 10th. I have also achieved notable accomplishments in extracurricular activities, including securing 1st position in National Level Technical Fest in Project-Display (2009) held at K.I.T.M.(Kurukshetra) and 1st position in Electro Guru the Inter-Collegiate Techno Cultural Fest Synergy (2009) and Versitalia (2010). I am excited to continue developing my skills and expertise in performance testing and engineering and to bring value to future projects and clients.
