Manufacturing Engineer – Digital Mock-up & Design Validation Randstad (Contractor for Caterpillar – LPSD Division) Worked on design validation of CAT engines in the Large Power Systems Division (LPSD), supporting manufacturing readiness from early design phases. Performed Digital Mock up (DMU) reviews using JT models to ensure accurate part fit, assembly alignment, and compatibility. Conducted BOM checks, interference and thread engagement analysis to prevent assembly and shop floor issues before production release. Collaborated with design, quality, and production teams to identify and resolve compatibility and manufacturability concerns.
