Performed Digital Mock up (DMU) reviews using JT models to ensure accurate part fit, assembly alignment, and compatibility. Conducted BOM checks, interference and thread engagement analysis to prevent assembly and shop floor issues before production release. Collaborated with design, quality, and production teams to identify and resolve compatibility and manufacturability concerns. Contributed to improving digital build accuracy and minimizing rework through proactive issue resolution during the engineering phase.Supported APQP Projects in Phase 2 \"Design review Using Protype JT Model (Jupiter Tessellation) is a lightweight 3D model format commonly used in digital product definitions, CAD model sharing, and design collaboration.Using a prototype JT model allows teams to perform virtual design reviews, simulate assembly, inspect tolerances, and collaborate on design changes without full physical prototypes.
