Currently, I am working in Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (A Public Sector Enterprise) as a Senior Manager (Chemical). In BCPL, I got rich experience of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning of Ethylene Cracker Unit. BCPL Successfully overpasses the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning stages and now running in more than 100% load. I am looking after Unit operations (such as Cracked Gas Compressor, Tertiary Refrigerant Compressor, Distillation column, Reactor, Heater etc.) in Ethylene Cracker Unit. From DCS operation to daily maintenance job and Emergency handling maintaining Company and Industry Safety standards are my current job profile.Previously, I worked at Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (A Statutory body for regulating Midstream and Downstream activities of Oil and Gas Value chain) as an Assistant Consultant. In PNGRB, looking after development of Regulations, Monitoring as per statutory provisions, Capacity Determination of Pipelines, making technical backup for Legal issues, Data Management, tendering, Bidding, etc.Before PNGRB, I worked in FLSmidth Pvt. Limited, Chennai as a GET- Process for approximately one year.Skills: Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Compressor operation, Pump design and operation, Heat and Mass Balance, Exchanger design, Distillation Column operation and design, DCS operation of Olefins plant, Chilling Train, Refrigeration compressor operation, day to day to plant maintenance, Cracking Heater, Optimization of Process Operation, Plant Safety, Capacity determination of Pipelines, Emergency Handling, Audits, Knowledge of different Regulations, Guidelines, Indian and International Standards (i.e PNGRB, OISD, ISO, PESO, API, ASME) etc. Understand Hydrocarbon Value chain from Upstream, Transportation, Downstream and Distribution.Academics: M.Tech in Petroleum Engineering and B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
