I am a Product Manager and Senior Consultant currently working at Deloitte, with experience building and scaling large, multi-stakeholder digital platforms and data products across Enterprise and government.My work spans platform strategy, data & analytics products, and KPI-driven decision systems, with a strong focus on operating at scale, aligning diverse stakeholders, and translating complex business problems into structured, measurable outcomes.Previously, at Invest India (Government of India), I owned the product vision and roadmap for the National Single Window System (NSWS), a flagship digital platform integrating 30+ central and state government ministries to simplify and accelerate investor approvals under the Ease of Doing Business initiative. I led cross-functional teams to deliver API-first services including DigiLocker-based eKYC, statutory payments, and regulatory validations, while building analytics foundations that reduced approval timelines and improved SLA transparency across ministries.At Deloitte, I support FMCG supply chain analytics initiatives for a global client (PepsiCo), contributing to KPI rationalization, governance, and analytics console design across manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, planning, and service operations. My role involves working closely with client leadership, data governance teams, and engineers to align metrics, assess data feasibility, and enable consistent decision-making across regions.Earlier in my career, I worked on consumer-scale digital products at organizations such as Gaana and Amar Ujala, where I led initiatives across subscriptions, engagement platforms, internal tools, and automation experience that continues to inform my product intuition and user-centric approach.I hold an MBA from IIFT Delhi and a B.Tech in Geo-Informatics, and I bring a balanced perspective that combines product thinking, data fluency, and consulting discipline.
