About me: I am a passionate and hard core scientist, self motivated to resolve the complex research questions. I do believe that, resilient research questions can be better solved with open minded brains. I am looking forward to expand my key skills, learning, knowledge to deliver outstanding contributions to science in the fields of invention as well as innovation. I look forward to contribute as a team leader and as a team player to pertain the desired goals, within the said timelines towards high quality research in the organization and its growth in a highly challenging environment.Profile: Staff Scientist with a strong background in the rumen metagenomics, bioinformatics, rumen molecular biology, rumen microbial diversity, rumen anaerobic microbiology, handling of the rumen simulation technique system, cloning and over expression, animal probiotic development, fermentation, bacteriocin development, protein characterization, enzyme assays, physical/chemical mutagenesis, protoplast fusion, development of microbial technology for industrial waste water treatment, maintenance of microbial culture collection. I am currently associated with the development of genetically engineered microbe for polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) production in integration with High Throughput Liquid Handling System.Skills: Acquired essential skills of independent research work, out of the box thinking, team work, documentation, communication, literature survey, strategy planning and execution, effective problem solving with desired output within the stipulated timelines.Personality: Quick learner, Adaptive, Sincere, Dedicated, Patient, Determined, Loyal, Perseverance, Flexible, Collaborative
