Drafting (Auto cad, BIM, Rivet & CSD). Involve & prepare tender document ( BOQ, SOR & Corrigendum) Attending weekly coordination & Progress meeting. Issuing of weekly / monthly work schedule to the Sub-Contractors. Monitor the performance of construction team to ensure the respect of work standards and project specifications. Coordinate and assist construction team to resolve any encountered problems related to inspection and testing activities in order to meet the planned work schedule. Attending technical coordination meetings to discuss contractor’s submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, method of statement and construction related matters. Ensure that the materials receive during the construction phase are inspected for Compliance to standards, Code, Specifications and quality requirements. Co-coordinating with consultant/client for MRIR approval (Materials Requisition & Inspection Report). Check all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with approved materials and specification. Inspect and witness with QA/QC the installation and testing works as per their approved Inspection Test Plan. Verify the accuracy of the contractor’s “As-Built” drawings reflecting in details the as-built conditions and approve the As-Built drawings. Maintain all Quality Control Report (RFIs, Punch List, and QORs & NCRs). Completing, endorse all records from first inspection till final acceptance of M&E works. Prepare testing & commissioning documents to attend RI inspection with our team for HVAC, Electrical, and Fire protection system. Prepare all the approval documents of QP endorsements for attend BCA Inspection at site. Prepare all the approval documents of QP endorsements for attend the TOP.
