Handling Marketing and Merchandising activities from Order Booking till shipment. Communication, Costing, Price Negotiation, T&A, Sample Development, Product Development, Order Booking, Production Capacity Planning, CP, WIP, Complete Order Execution• Day to day communication with buyer/buying agency for all the activities to ensure meet the customer requirements and make them satisfied.• To follow-up from proto / product development based on the customer requirement, make sure the Brand Requirements has been meeting and to submit Samples on time for buyer meeting to get the orders.• Quote the competitive prices to the customer’s product and negotiate the better price with customers to book more orders to fill the capacity and increase the company’s revenue.• Book the orders based on our capacity and place the products with right factory to ensure all the shipments are going on time to avoid shipment delay, air issues to get the good feedback from customer and maintain the vendor’s performance score card.• Execute the booked orders with the team, Make all the submissions Development samples, Protos/Fit, Fabric Qualities, Lab dips, CAD, S/Off, FOB’s, Trims, Test Reports, PP’s/Green Seal/Gold Seal and TOP’s/Shipment samples on time based on the customer requirement to have the approval on time to meet the PCD and Delivery.• Understood customer needs / requirement based on their expectations, product, manual and Order the Raw materials with right suppliers with required quality to in-house the same on time for the production• Conduct re-cap meeting with the team weekly thrice to have the smooth execution in the sampling, raw material follow-up, submissions, bulk production and shipments.• To communicate with other internal departments, Sampling / R&D / Fabric Sourcing / Purchase / Factory & Documentation to get the things done on time & complete the internal functions.
