In this role, I am charged with providing the strategic direction for the development and implementation of programs, policies, standards and guidelines for ensuring full environmental, health, and safety compliance across Advanced Power’s generation facilities that include Cricket Valley Energy (Dover Plains, NY), Southfield Energy (Columbiana County, OH), and Carroll County Energy (Carrollton, OH) and other projects under development.By promoting a culture of environmental stewardship, corporate social responsibility, and exemplary safety performance and as a key team member in the management of new US-based power generation projects, I have: From project inception to close, managed and met all permit compliance obligations for the Cricket Valley Energy Center project in Dover Plains, NY with zero notices of violation or permit deviations. Received favorable outcome for Air PTI Modification and Title V Air Permit to operate with OEPA. Led the successful and compliant transition of CVEC from construction to commissioning and operations with all required regulatory submissions, stack and performance testing, project close-out activities, post-restoration monitoring and maintenance, and restoration closure final reporting. Secured/managed more than 150 environmental permits, approvals, and certifications and 2,500+ related compliance obligations across 3 combined-cycle power generation projects.
