Complete a loan/mortgage interview process with members involving their assets, liabilities, and income, and determining total debt ratios• Conduct mortgage renewals, mortgage and home equity line of credit applications, appraisal ordering, PPSA registrations• Loan and mortgage insurance sales• Communicate with personal and business members via phone, e-mail, and in person regarding financial inquiries surrounding their accounts, including mortgages, loans, investments (TFSA/RSP/RESP/Non-Registered), and Visas• Collect proper identification and open up memberships for personal, business, and organizational purposes• Review legal documents and process Death Claims to ensure proper account maintenance• Process financial transactions for personal and business members such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, US transactions, Canadian and US bank drafts (Western Union), and certified cheques• Acted as treasurer by managing branch CAD and US funds, and ensure balancing of general ledgers• Assist colleagues with finding discrepancies in teller work and cash drawer amounts• Log member interactions on ACE software, to improve member relationships and assist with future sales of financial products/services• Balance cash drawer and general ledgers at the end of each work day
